Treatment is tailored to your history, goals, nervous system, and preferred way of working. We decide together what feels useful and what does not.
Ways we may work together
Support for developmental, relational, sexual, and other traumatic experiences, including patterns that feel embedded in the body and relationships.
A structured, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain and body process experiences that remain emotionally charged or feel unfinished.
Body-aware work drawing from Hakomi, Somatic Experiencing, and Sensorimotor principles to build regulation, awareness, and choice.
Exploration of the ways early relationships shape present-day closeness, trust, boundaries, self-worth, and belonging.
Experiential approaches using role, imagery, movement, art, and enactment to access insight and create new emotional experiences.
Integrative support for overwhelm, disconnection, grief, identity shifts, chronic stress, and periods of profound change.
Some sessions may be reflective and conversational. Others may be more experiential—orienting to the present, tracking sensation, working with an image, engaging parts of self, rehearsing a boundary, or processing a memory. You remain an active participant, and you can pause or change direction at any time.
In-person sessions are available in Somers Point, New Jersey. I also offer secure virtual therapy to clients located anywhere in New Jersey at the time of the session.
Available for children, adolescents, and adults, with the approach adapted developmentally and collaboratively.
Support for communication, boundaries, attachment injuries, recurring conflict, and creating greater emotional safety within relationships.
