Meet Trisch Corcoran, LCSW
A relational therapist who honors the wisdom of the whole person.
I bring warmth, curiosity, honesty, and deep respect for your protective strategies into the therapy room. My style is active and collaborative. We may talk, notice what is happening in the body, work with imagery or movement, or use structured trauma processing—always with attention to consent, pacing, and your capacity in the moment.
My work integrates EMDR, somatic approaches, psychodrama, psychodynamic and relational therapy, mindfulness, DBT-informed skills, and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. With more than twenty years of experience in body-based healing as a licensed massage therapist, I hold a particular appreciation for what the body remembers—and for the intelligence already living within you.
What matters in our work
Safety before urgency
Healing does not require forcing, flooding, or overriding your nervous system. We build enough steadiness and choice for deeper work to become possible.
Relationship as part of healing
Therapy is not something done to you. We create space for your voice, boundaries, preferences, and lived experience.
More than symptom management
Relief matters. So does understanding what a symptom protects, how it once helped, and what becomes possible when it no longer has to work so hard.
